Account information: username, name or business name, email, phone number, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Customer request information: zip codes, requested services, preferred timing, notes, and contact details you provide.

Collector information: business name, EIN, contact name, address, service areas, services offered, and certification/license documents you upload.

Usage and device information: log data, IP address, and cookies or similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Information

To operate the Platform, match customers with Collectors, and facilitate connections.

To send transactional communications by email and SMS text message — including request confirmations, your private tracking link, and contact updates — based on the contact details and consent you provide.

To process Collector subscription payments, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Information

We never sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal information to third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.

When you submit a request, we match it to Collectors based on the services requested and your ZIP code (within our service radius) and forward your name, contact information, and service details to those matched Collectors so they can contact you. Once that information has been transmitted to the matched Collectors, our involvement in the connection ends. We also use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf and only on our instructions. We do not share your information with anyone else except where required by law.

4. How We Share Information

With matched Collectors: when you submit a request, we match it to Collectors based on the services you need and your ZIP code, and forward your name, contact information, service details, notes, and preferred timing to those matched Collectors so they can contact you directly. Once this information has been transmitted, our involvement in that connection ends.

With service providers: trusted vendors that process data on our behalf and only on our instructions — payment processing (Stripe), notification delivery (OneSignal for email, SMS, and push), cloud hosting, and file storage. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

For legal reasons: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights, safety, and property.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

5. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and/or email and opting in, you consent to receive related notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and unsubscribe from emails using the link provided or by contacting us.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account information as described below.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights & Choices
