Customer Acknowledgment and Release

1. Marketplace Disclaimer

By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree that Screening Services Mobile, LLC ("Company") operates solely as a marketplace that facilitates introductions between customers seeking collection services and independent third-party collectors.

Screening Services Mobile, LLC does not provide debt collection services, legal services, financial advice, or any other professional services. The Company does not employ, supervise, manage, control, or direct any collector listed or connected through the platform.

2. Independent Contractors

All collectors available through the platform are independent businesses or individuals and are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or representatives of Screening Services Mobile, LLC.

Each collector is solely responsible for their qualifications, licensing, compliance with applicable laws, business practices, pricing, communications, contracts, services, and conduct.

3. Customer Responsibility

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to investigate, evaluate, and determine whether any collector is suitable for your needs before entering into any agreement or sharing confidential information beyond what you voluntarily submit through this platform.

You are responsible for performing any due diligence you deem appropriate, including verifying licensing, credentials, insurance, experience, reputation, legal compliance, and any other qualifications.

4. No Endorsement or Guarantee

The appearance of a collector on the platform does not constitute an endorsement, certification, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty by Screening Services Mobile, LLC.

Screening Services Mobile, LLC makes no representations or warranties regarding:

• The qualifications, licensing, or credentials of any collector;

• The quality or legality of services provided;

• Compliance with federal, state, or local laws;

• Collection outcomes or recoveries;

• Pricing, fees, or payment arrangements;

• Communications or customer service; or

• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by a collector.

5. No Payment Relationship

Screening Services Mobile, LLC does not charge customers for debt collection services and is not a party to any agreement entered into between a customer and a collector.

Any engagement, contract, payment arrangement, fee, dispute, refund request, claim, or legal action arising from services provided by a collector is solely between the customer and the collector.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Screening Services Mobile, LLC, together with its owners, members, managers, officers, directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, successors, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or relating to:

• Your selection of or reliance upon any collector;

• The acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, fraud, or unlawful conduct of any collector;

• Services performed or not performed by a collector;

• Failure to collect any debt or achieve any desired outcome;

• Delays, errors, omissions, or communications by a collector;

• Any regulatory or legal violations committed by a collector; or

• Any dispute between you and a collector.

Your exclusive remedy for any dispute involving collection services shall be against the applicable collector and not Screening Services Mobile, LLC.

7. Release of Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily release, waive, and forever discharge Screening Services Mobile, LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, assigns, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, costs, or expenses, whether known or unknown, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform or your relationship, communications, agreements, or transactions with any collector introduced through the platform.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Screening Services Mobile, LLC and its owners, members, managers, officers, employees, affiliates, successors, assigns, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from or related to:

• Your use of the platform;

• Information you submit through the platform;

• Your engagement with any collector;

• Your violation of these Terms;

• Any dispute between you and a collector; or

• Any claim brought by a collector or other third party relating to your use of the platform.

9. Customer Acknowledgment

By submitting your information through this platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Screening Services Mobile, LLC is solely a referral and marketplace platform.

2. The Company does not guarantee the qualifications, licensing, conduct, or performance of any collector.

3. You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any collector.

4. Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and the collector.

5. Screening Services Mobile, LLC has no responsibility or liability for the services, actions, omissions, or results of any collector.

6. You have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms before submitting your information.
