Company Account Agreement

This Company Account Agreement ("Agreement") applies to any business ("Company") that registers a company account with SCREENING SERVICES MOBILE, LLC to list and manage multiple collectors under one company profile. By registering, the Company agrees to this Agreement and to the platform's Terms and Conditions on behalf of itself and each collector registered under its account.
1. Acceptance on Behalf of Collectors
By registering a company account, the Company agrees to the platform's Terms and Conditions, the Independent Contractor Agreement, and all applicable policies on behalf of itself and each collector registered under its account.
The Company represents that it has the authority to accept these terms on behalf of each collector it lists.
2. Company Responsibilities
The Company is responsible for ensuring that its listed collectors comply with the platform's applicable requirements and policies, including maintaining current licenses, certifications, and accurate profile information.
Each collector listed under the Company must have an individual profile containing their contact information, services offered, and relevant certifications.
The Company may add or remove collectors from its account at any time.
3. Subscription Fees
Subscription fees are charged on a per-collector basis, regardless of whether a collector registers individually or is listed under a company account.
For companies, the total monthly subscription fee is determined by the number of collectors registered under the Company's account ($10.99 per collector per month).
When collectors are added mid-cycle, a prorated amount is charged immediately and the full per-collector rate applies from the next renewal. Removing collectors reduces future charges.
4. Leads and Customer Information
Customer leads are sent to individual collectors. The Company may view and respond to leads received by its collectors while they are listed under its account.
The Company and its collectors must use customer information only to provide the requested services and must protect customer privacy in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement and applicable law.
5. Electronic Acceptance
By selecting "I Agree" and creating a company account, the Company acknowledges that it has read, understood, and voluntarily agrees to be legally bound by this Agreement on behalf of itself and each collector registered under its account.
