End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Screening Services Mobile governing your use of the Screening Services Mobile software, including our website and mobile/web application (the "Software").
1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and our Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for its intended purpose.
2. Restrictions
You may not: (a) copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble it except as permitted by law; (c) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or distribute it; (d) circumvent security or access controls; or (e) use the Software to build a competing product.
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights in it are and remain the exclusive property of Screening Services Mobile and its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
4. Updates
We may provide updates, patches, or new versions of the Software. This Agreement governs any such updates unless accompanied by separate terms.
5. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software. We may also discontinue the Software at any time.
6. Disclaimers & Liability
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Software, consistent with the limitations in our Terms of Service.
