This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs content you submit and conduct on the Screening Services Mobile website and application, including documents, certifications, reviews, request details, and messages ("Content").

1. Your Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the Content you upload or submit. You represent that you have all rights necessary to share it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Do not upload or submit Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.

Do not upload forged, altered, expired, or fraudulent certifications, licenses, or credentials. Collector documents must be genuine and current.

Do not upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest data, overload or disrupt the Platform, or impersonate others.

Do not misuse customer contact information for spam or any purpose other than responding to the customer's request.

3. Health & Privacy Sensitive Information

Only share personal or health-related information that is necessary for a request, and handle any information you receive responsibly and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

4. License to Content

You retain ownership of your Content. You grant Screening Services Mobile a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process your Content as needed to operate the Platform.

5. Enforcement

We may review, remove, or disable Content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with or without notice. We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
